Online Counselling to Help You Feel Calmer, More Confident, and More Yourself

Welcome to Let's Talk About It Counselling - Online Therapy Across the UK

Therapy that meets you where you are — grounded in a pluralistic and trauma-informed approach.

Offering sessions online across Scotland, the UK, and abroad, in both English and Greek.

A Space to Talk, Reflect and Heal

When life feels heavy, confusing, or overwhelming, therapy provides a space to slow down and make sense of what’s going on.

I offer online counselling for people who want to understand themselves better, manage anxiety and self-doubt, strengthen relationships, or navigate major life transitions.

You don’t have to face things alone. Counselling can help you process what’s been difficult, regain clarity, and feel more grounded in daily life.

Trauma-Informed, Pluralistic Counselling

No two people are the same, so therapy shouldn’t be either.

As a pluralistic counsellor, I draw from several therapeutic approaches — Person-Centred, CBT, Psychodynamic, ACT, and Emotion-Focused Therapy — depending on what best fits your goals.

My work is trauma-informed, which means I’ll always prioritise safety, pacing, and collaboration. We’ll focus on helping you feel in control, not rushed, and supported in making the changes you need.

Who I Work With

I work with adults from all walks of life — students, professionals, parents, and people living abroad — who may be managing:

  • Anxiety and overthinking
  • Low self-esteem and self-criticism
  • Relationship and attachment difficulties
  • Stress, burnout, or feeling “stuck”
  • Life changes, relocation, or identity shifts

Counselling can help you understand patterns, reconnect with your needs, and move toward a more balanced and authentic life.
