Counselling
''There is no greater agony than bearing an untold story inside you.'' - Maya Angelou
When life feels heavy, confusing, or overwhelming, therapy provides a space to slow down and make sense of what’s going on.
I offer online counselling for people who want to understand themselves better, manage anxiety and self-doubt, strengthen relationships, or navigate major life transitions.
You don’t have to face things alone. Counselling can help you process what’s been difficult, regain clarity, and feel more grounded in daily life.

No two people are the same, so therapy shouldn’t be either.
As a pluralistic counsellor, I draw from several therapeutic approaches — Person-Centred, CBT, Psychodynamic, ACT, and Emotion-Focused Therapy — depending on what best fits your goals.
My work is trauma-informed, which means I’ll always prioritise safety, pacing, and collaboration. We’ll focus on helping you feel in control, not rushed, and supported in making the changes you need.
I work with adults from all walks of life — students, professionals, parents, and people living abroad — who may be managing:
Counselling can help you understand patterns, reconnect with your needs, and move toward a more balanced and authentic life.

I’m Yvonni, a pluralistic counsellor and psychotherapist registered with the BACP.
Before qualifying as a therapist, I studied Humanities and worked in roles that deepened my understanding of people’s lived experiences and transitions.
I now work with adults and university-age clients to help them manage anxiety, build self-worth, and create meaningful change through collaborative, evidence-based therapy.
If this approach feels right for you, the next step is simple: book an initial appointment.
It’s a chance to talk about what’s been happening and see how counselling could support you.
With no obligation to continue — just a first step to see if it feels right.
