I'm happy to share with you a few things about my personal and professional background. I lived, worked, and studied in four cities in the UK and Greece. I'm now based in Edinburgh for the last seven years. I spent almost a decade searching for my passion, 'my calling', in my studies and life experiences. I found it in being a counsellor. And through my work experience in various supporting roles, I accumulated years of working with people. Perhaps like you, I've been through major life changes and challenges. Throughout the years, I found great support in my own counselling and psychotherapy sessions. I spent almost a decade searching for my passion, 'my calling', in my studies and life experiences. My educational background includes an HND and an HNC in Pluralistic and Integrative Counselling, and an honours and a master’s degree in Humanities & Social Sciences which enrich my counselling practice.

My studies in Humanities (history, sociology, anthropology) inform my counselling work and offer a unique blending and perspective, as I have deeply engaged with concepts like culture, identity, race, gender, religion, socio-economic status, and more. Social concepts that influence daily aspects of our lives and experiences.
