Let’s Talk About It Counselling - Online Therapy Across the UK

Counselling & Therapy Services Online Across the UK

Do you sometimes feel unheard, lost, or overwhelmed? It’s not uncommon to ruminate about the past, struggle with low mood and anxiety, or feel that your wants and needs aren’t being met.

Many people long to enjoy life more, strengthen their relationships, and rebuild their self-esteem.

How Can Counselling and Psychotherapy Help?

Counselling can help improve the quality of your life by offering coping tools and a safe space for exploration.

Therapy in a Warm and Confidential Space

Low mood, anxiety, and low self-esteem can build up over time. Sometimes they stem from daily stress, work pressures, family difficulties, or past experiences. At other times, these feelings seem to appear “without reason,” which can make them feel even harder to carry.

You are not alone. Many people feel lost, overwhelmed, or confused when life becomes too much.

Let’s talk about it.

''A problem shared is a problem halved''

Having a safe and confidential space to be heard can make a difference. In my practice, I offer a warm, non-judgmental environment where you can explore your concerns, gain insight, and begin to find new perspectives and growth.

Tailored to You

I work pluralistically, in an integrative way. This means I draw on the main approaches to psychotherapy -CBT, Person-Centred, and Psychodynamic- and adapt them to your individual needs.

We’ll work together collaboratively, using approaches that feel right for you. In practice, this might mean exploring the patterns and beliefs that hold you back, making sense of triggers, or learning ways and tools to manage difficult emotions in everyday life.

Working with me, you’ll have a safe space to bring your concerns, clarify your needs, and set your own therapeutic goals. These might include:

  • Coping with a challenging situation
  • Becoming more assertive
  • Building self-understanding and emotional awareness
  • Managing stress
  • Improving self-esteem
  • Strengthening communication skills

I’ll walk alongside you and gently guide your way toward these goals.

My Commitment to You

I am committed to offering therapy that is ethical, professional, and informed by the latest research. To ensure the quality of my work, I take part in regular training and monthly clinical supervision, where a more experienced counsellor supports and inspires my practice.

Counselling does take commitment. At times, it may feel challenging, but it can also bring some of the most meaningful and rewarding changes in life. And you won’t be doing it alone — I’ll walk alongside you throughout the process.

Let’s connect. The best way to find out if I’m the right counsellor for you is to book an Initial Appointment without further obligation.

Sessions & Fees

I am based in Edinburgh and currently offer online counselling to adults (18+) in the UK and beyond. Sessions are available in both English and Greek.

I understand that finding the right counsellor can feel daunting. That’s why I offer an initial appointment (50 minutes) at a reduced fee of £20, with no obligation to continue. This is a chance for us to meet, talk about what brings you to counselling, and see if we are a good fit.

Afterwards, sessions are:

  • £60 per session (50 minutes)
  • Booked one week at a time
  • Held online via Zoom

Therapy duration:

Counselling with me is usually open-ended, but I also offer 6–10 session blocks. These are ideal for people who:

  • Want to work on a specific issue
  • Have limited time available
  • Prefer more control over the cost of therapy

Cancellation policy:

If you need to cancel, please give 48 hours’ notice. Unfortunately, missed or late cancellations will still be charged in full.

Payments:

Payments are made securely by bank transfer.

You may not know it, but you’ve already taken the first step...

Reaching out for counselling can be stressful. It’s natural to wonder if you’ll find the right counsellor, and many people delay starting therapy for much longer than they’d like because of this hesitation.

Being hesitant is completely understandable — but you don’t have to struggle on your own. By being here and looking for support, you’ve already begun the journey toward improving your wellbeing.
