Let’s Talk About It Counselling - Online Therapy Across the UK

Online Counselling & Therapy Services Across the UK

Many people long to enjoy life more, strengthen their relationships, and feel more confident in themselves.

Life can become overwhelming when anxiety, stress, relationship difficulties, low self-esteem, or major life changes begin affecting how you feel about yourself and your future.

How Can Counselling and Psychotherapy Help?

Counselling offers a safe and confidential space to slow down, reflect, and better understand what's happening.

How Counselling Can Support You

Low mood, anxiety, and low self-esteem can build up over time through stress, work pressures, family difficulties, past experiences, or sometimes for reasons that aren't immediately clear.

In a safe, confidential, and non-judgmental space, we'll explore your experiences, thoughts, emotions, and patterns, helping you better understand yourself, strengthen your relationships, develop practical coping strategies, and live more in line with your values.

Depending on your needs and goals, our work may include psychoeducation, breathing and grounding techniques, body-based (somatic) approaches, guided imagery, and other evidence-based therapeutic tools to help you better understand yourself and manage difficult emotions.

Tailored to You

I work pluralistically, in an integrative way. This means I draw on the main approaches to psychotherapy -CBT, Person-Centred, and Psychodynamic- and adapt them to your individual needs.

We’ll work together collaboratively, using approaches that feel right for you. In practice, this might mean exploring the patterns and beliefs that hold you back, making sense of triggers, or developing practical tools to manage difficult emotions in everyday life.

Working with me, you’ll have a safe space to bring your concerns, clarify your needs, and set your own therapeutic goals. These might include:

  • Coping with a challenging situation
  • Regulating your emotional responses
  • Becoming more assertive
  • Building self-understanding and awareness
  • Managing stress and your nervous system
  • Improving self-esteem
  • Strengthening communication skills

I’ll walk alongside you and gently guide your way toward these goals.

My Commitment to You

I am committed to offering therapy that is ethical, professional, and informed by current therapeutic knowledge. To ensure the quality of my work, I undertake regular training and monthly clinical supervision, in which a more experienced counsellor supports and inspires my practice.

Counselling does take commitment. At times, it may feel challenging, but it can also bring some of the most meaningful and rewarding changes in life.

Whether you're looking to understand yourself better, strengthen your relationships, build self-confidence, or navigate a difficult period in your life, counselling can help you move towards meaningful and lasting change.

Let’s connect. The best way to find out if I’m the right counsellor for you is to book an Initial Appointment without further obligation.

Sessions & Fees

I am based in Edinburgh and currently offer online counselling to adults (18+) in the UK and beyond. Sessions are available in both English and Greek.

I understand that finding the right counsellor can feel daunting. That’s why I offer an initial appointment (50 minutes) at a reduced fee of £25, with no obligation to continue.

This is a chance for us to meet, talk about what brings you to counselling, and see if we are a good fit.

Afterwards, sessions are:

  • £70 per session (50 minutes)
  • Held online via Zoom

Therapy duration:

Counselling with me is usually open-ended, but I also offer 6 & 12-session blocks. These are ideal for people who:

  • Want to work on a very specific issue
  • Have limited time available
  • Prefer more control over the cost of therapy

Cancellation policy:

I have a 48-hour cancellation notice. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice, or missed appointments, will be charged in full.

Payments:

Payments are made securely by bank transfer.
