Counselling
''There is no greater agony than bearing an untold story inside you.'' - Maya Angelou
When life feels heavy, confusing, or overwhelming, therapy provides a space to slow down and make sense of what’s going on.
I offer online counselling for people who want to understand themselves better, manage anxiety and self-doubt, strengthen relationships, create meaningful connections with themselves and others, or navigate major life transitions.
You don’t have to face things without feeling supported. Counselling can help you process what’s been difficult, regain clarity, and develop coping skills to improve your wellbeing and make the changes you want to see in your life.

No two people are the same, so therapy shouldn’t be either.
As a pluralistic and integrative counsellor, I draw from several therapeutic approaches — Person-Centred, CBT, Psychodynamic, ACT, and Emotion-Focused Therapy — depending on what best fits your goals.
My work is trauma-informed, which means I’ll always prioritise safety, pacing, and collaboration. We’ll focus on helping you feel supported in making the changes you need.
I work with adults from all walks of life — students, professionals, parents, and people living abroad — who may be struggling with:
Counselling can help you understand patterns, provide the tools to make changes, and improve your mental health.
1. Book an Initial Appointment
A 50-minute session where we explore what brings you to therapy and how I work. This gives us both the chance to see if we’re a good fit, without obligation to continue.
2. Get a sense of the process
This will give us both the chance to see if we’re a good fit, without obligation to continue.
Before qualifying as a psychotherapist, I studied Humanities and worked in roles that deepened my understanding of people’s lived experiences and transitions.
I now work with adults and university-age clients to help them manage anxiety, build self-worth, and create meaningful change through collaborative, evidence-based therapy.
If my approach feels right for you and what you read resonates, the best way to see if I'm the right counsellor for you is to book an initial appointment.
It’s a chance to talk about what brings you to counselling and see how I could support you.
