Counselling
''There is no greater agony than bearing an untold story inside you.'' - Maya Angelou
When life feels heavy, confusing or overwhelming, when we notice that old patterns and trauma are triggered and resurfacing, it's a good time to pause and consider counselling. It provides a space to slow down and make sense of what’s going on.
I offer online counselling for people who want to understand themselves better, manage anxiety and self-doubt, strengthen relationships, create meaningful connections with themselves and others, and navigate major life transitions.
You don’t have to face things on your own without support. Counselling can help you process what’s been difficult, regain clarity, and develop coping skills to improve your wellbeing and make the changes you want to see in your life.

Before qualifying as a psychotherapist, I studied Humanities and worked in roles that deepened my understanding of people’s lived experiences and transitions.
If my approach feels right for you and what you read resonates, the best way to see if I'm the right counsellor for you is to book an initial appointment.
It’s a chance to talk about what brings you to counselling and see how I could support you.
