Hello, I'm Yvonni.

I'm a BACP-registered Pluralistic and Integrative counsellor offering therapy in English and Greek.

Life can become overwhelming when anxiety, self-doubt, relationship difficulties or major life changes begin affecting how you feel about yourself and your future.

Having been through major life transitions myself, I understand the complex emotions that can come with identity, belonging, adapting to new environments, and feeling caught between different parts of your life.

Whether you're struggling with anxiety, low self-esteem, burnout, feeling lost, or simply finding life harder than it used to be, counselling offers a space to make sense of what's happening and begin moving forward at a pace that feels right for you.

A Space to Talk, Reflect and Heal

When life feels heavy, confusing, or overwhelming, or when you notice the same patterns, thoughts, or emotions returning, it can be a good time to pause and consider counselling. Therapy provides a space to slow down, reflect, and make sense of what’s happening.

I offer a warm and confidential space for people who want to understand themselves better, manage anxiety and self-doubt, strengthen relationships, create meaningful connections with themselves and others, and navigate major life transitions.

You don’t have to face these challenges on your own. Counselling can help you process what’s been difficult, regain clarity, develop coping skills, and make the changes you want to see in your life.

Who I Work With

I work with adults from all walks of life — students, professionals, parents, and people living abroad — who may be struggling with:

  • Low self-esteem and self-criticism

Together, we'll work towards understanding your patterns, building self-confidence, developing practical coping skills, and creating meaningful, lasting change in your life.

Trauma-Informed, Pluralistic & Integrative Counselling

No two people are the same, so therapy shouldn’t be either.

My approach is pluralistic and integrative, which means our work together is tailored to your individual needs, goals, and preferences. Drawing from Person-Centred, CBT, Psychodynamic, ACT, Emotion-Focused Therapy, and other evidence-based approaches, we'll work collaboratively to find what feels most helpful for you.

I also work from a trauma-informed perspective, creating a safe, compassionate, and non-judgemental space where you can explore your experiences at your own pace. Rather than following a one-size-fits-all approach, we'll regularly review our work together to ensure it continues to meet your needs.

A 50-minute session where we explore what brings you to therapy and how I work.

This will give us both the opportunity to answer any questions you may have and decide whether working together feels right—without any obligation to continue.

About Me

Before qualifying as a psychotherapist, I studied Humanities and worked in roles that deepened my understanding of people's lived experiences and transitions.

Today, I work with adults across the UK and beyond, offering online counselling in English and Greek. My aim is to create a warm, collaborative space where you feel heard, understood, and supported in making meaningful changes at your own pace.
